Many people from all over the world come to Turkey to start a new life, work, or enjoy their retirement. Turkey has evolved drastically in the last seventeen years, with some districts undergoing fast development.
Turkey is a privileged alternative for foreign nationals and their families because of its unique geographical location, rich and profound history, and cradle of various cultures and civilizations.
In Turkey, where the Real Estate market is booming, there are housing possibilities for people of all income backgrounds. There are numerous options, ranging from city center apartments to detached houses and luxury estates in the suburbs.
Turkey's rapidly growing infrastructure is especially noticeable in the transportation sector. Passengers can travel to most destinations in less than an hour thanks to the country's more than 56 airports. It is very easy to access large cities by road, thanks to double roads and highways. Furthermore, in the previous ten years, high-speed train projects have been rapidly implemented. It is planned to connect 14 major Turkish cities with high-speed train lines by 2023, the 100th anniversary of the Republic's founding.
In Turkey, there are three types of hospitals: state hospitals, university hospitals, and private hospitals. Although the majority of social security and health care systems are governed by the government, private health insurance is also available. In terms of facilities and expertise, a considerable portion of public and private hospitals meet worldwide standards.
In terms of hobbies, entertainment, culture, and art, Turkey has a lot to offer. Many cultural activities, including film, theater, concert, ballet, modern dance, opera, and exhibitions, are available throughout the country, particularly in large cities, as well as traditional amusement events and local festivals.
Alternative activities such as golf, mountaineering, scuba diving, rafting, skiing, and yachting are available in addition to sports that appeal to huge audiences such as football, basketball, and volleyball.
Due to its location at a climate transition point, Turkey, which is surrounded on three sides by seas, allows diverse activities to be carried out simultaneously in different places. It is common, for example, to ski in one place and swim in another on the same day.
